Peanut Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2015
Awesome recipe, with slight modifications. I only used 1 3/4 cup confectioners sugar, I used 2% milk instead of cream and added quite a bit to make it light and fluffy. Delicious on a 9x13 chocolate cake but will be making cupcakes too :)

Huge hit at NYE. I even used this cream cheese for smoked salmon sandwiches too.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2010
I made the recipe as is and only added 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract based on other reviews. Also, I mixed the wet ingredients together before I mixed them into the dry ingredients. They are so fluffy and delicious!

Bagel and Cheese Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2010
This recipe was a HUGE hit when I had to feed some hungry men before they went skiing. I added some diced ham and mushrooms into the mixture. Instead of slicing the bagels thin I sliced them in half and then in 4ths. It looks very pretty and tasted great. For reheating it's best to use a toaster oven. This will definitely be a repeat!

Caramelized Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2010
I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and it was great! I added about 4 cloves of garlic which helped pump up the flavor. My sauce didn't really turn out sticky, even though I boiled it on the store first, but it was still good. I served the extra sauce over basmati rice and it was awesome. Thanks for the recipe!

Cranberry Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2010
My husband LOVED this dish, I was pretty surprised actually. I didn't add raisins or curry, but I did add a tiny bit of chili powder and cumin. I will definitely be making this recipe again.

Pasta and Cauliflower

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2010
This was very yummy, but just like other people who have reviewed this, DEFINITELY save some pasta water to add in at the end. I would even sautee more onions to add because it makes the pasta nice and sweet. I will be making this recipe again, for sure! Thanks!
