Cajun Cabbage with Rice

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
This is an Awesome recipe and will definitely be put into rotation at my home. My husband and kids loved it. I did layer the meat and cabbage so that it would get tender more quickly. I also poured V-8 juice over cabbage to make sure it had enough moisture...didn't want to use water to take away from the flavor and what a great idea that was! Thanks for this recipe it was a hit!

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

Reviewed: May 31, 2011
This recipe is awesome. I don't care for ketchup so I used bbq sauce, but other than that and doubling the recipe this was awesome as is...so moist and tender. Also it did not have the meatloaf consistency as one reviewer stated...the egg amount was just fine! My family thanks you...will definitely be on the menu again soon!

Shrimp Curry Rice

I love curry but I didn't find this recipe to be well seasoned. It tasted a too bland for my taste but easy to prepare.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2010
Please, please, please listen and use the correct amount of chicken breast with this recipe. Especially if you use Franks hot sauce, which my family loves. I used 1 chicken breast less and the spice it gave this recipe was overwhelming for my kids. My husband I love spicy food so we did okay. It can definitely be used as party food with Alcohol because it will sober up even the most enebriated person! Outstanding flavor and the crockpot is my bestfriend!!! Thanks a definite keeper!

Caramelized Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2010
I have already made this twice. I took one of the reviewers ideas of first simmering all the ingredients before pouring it on the chicken. I also season my chicken first and it was AWESOME. My kids loved it and even when it is reheated, it remains moist. Please read the reviews because there are some helpful hints you don't want to miss like adding cornstarch to thicken as during cooking the sauce can become thin. This is one of my top recipes so far this year! Thanks Sandy!

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2010
This was awesome! Even though it made a HUGE pan my family consumed most of it in one sitting, ( a growing teenage boy and daughter and football size husband) I had to get the left overs the next day and it reheated Great! Tasted even better the next day! Thanks for this recipe, it is a definite keeper! I love Mexican food!

Potato, Ham, Broccoli and Cheese Soup with Baby Dumplings

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2010
This recipe was exactly what it said! It was perfect. I followed the directions almost to the letter. I only changed the kind of cheese (used what I had in the fridge) and added more ham, my family are meat eaters! It is definitely a keeper. Everything I needed for this soup I already had in the kitchen which was perfect for the cold front which founds it's way to our town. Thanks for the recipe!
