Should Allrecipes Become A Cookbook Publisher?

Ok, I have a suggestion. I'm cleaning out yet another closet. This one is full of cookbooks, boxes of random recipes that are a mess, and vhs video tapes of the kids growing up. Both things I need to clean up and purge. I'll save the video tape story for another day. Today I'd like to suggest that Allrecipes partner with one of those photo book companies and allow a person to publish their recipe box. I was just thinking that I really need to get my recipes organized and I'd love to type them into allrecipes so that I could access them anywhere but I also would like to make a book for those times I can't get online and also to give each of my daughters. So it would be great if I could just start putting all the recipes here and organize them on the site then just choose my cookbook style, which recipes I want to include, and press the print button. Could anyone else use this service? Oh, and btw, I loved the Allrecipes tried and true favorites book!

I may be wrong, but it seems like for a while about a year ago, there was an ad at the bottom or side of the page whenever I was in my recipe box for a recipe book publishing thing. I only remember because I clicked on it and played around with it one day. I think you could choose which allrecipes recipes you wanted to use, and then add your own pictures, etc. As well as choose the cover and how many pages, etc. Once again, I may be mistaken, but I think at one point at least, this was possible.

They did have this feature for a couple of years but it was quite expensive to complete. You could only fit about 20 recipes for a 24.99 cookbook, anything more than was pricier. It was a cool idea though!
