Campbells' makes a cream of shrimp soup and that's the brand I use...they usually stock it around the holidays, and I suspect this recipe is one of the reason's why ;-)

Butter Cookies II

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2003
I'm vegan, and found this makes a very very yummy vegan cookie by using vegan (no whey) margarine instead of butter, and replace the egg with 1 tsp. soy flour mixed with 1 tbs. water. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Grandma's Secret Pie Crust

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2002
Our family has used this recipe for years and with good reason! Dependable, easy to work with and TASTY!! We always used cider vinegar though, but it doesn't seem to matter. I always add a scoche more water (1/2 tbs.) and always refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.

Gaye's Microwave Fudge

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2002
This was my stand by for years - it was in the old Betty Crocker Christmas Cookbook, but cooked on the stove top. I am so glad to have found it and extra happy it has been made so simple in the microwave! I just made 4 pounds for my church's Christmas bazaar, and it all went - and they sold it by the piece!! Once again my mailman will be happy at Christmas with his tin of fudge!

Banana Bread I

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2001
The moistness and texture were superb, and it was very quick and easy to make...the only thing I would (and did!) change was to add 1 tsp of cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp each ginger and nutmeg...gave it a wonderful taste! I also made 1/2 cup of the flour whole wheat and I feel it added to and enhanced the texture.
