Baked French Fries I

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2010
Wonderful and easy! I tripled the recipe using 3 potatoes. I put the oil and spices in a ziplock baggie, left the skins on and let my 2 and 4 year old help shake it up. Once they were well coated I let them sit in the baggie while I prepared chicken strips for the oven. My husband thought the fries were store bought! Yum Yum! Thanks for a great recipe!

Crispy Chicken Strips

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2010
I followed the recipe exactly except I used Rice Chex. Mine turned out crispy and delicious! I did turn them after the 30 minute cook time thinking I would use the broiler on the soggy bottoms. To my suprise the bottoms were crispier that the tops! Yummy! I served them with baked french fries from this site.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2010
I enjoyed making the homemade marinade. I was hoping to love this but it was just okay. I may try it again on the grill this summer. It was too watery in the oven.

Outrageous Warm Chicken Nacho Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2010
I made this for Super Bowl Sunday. Sad that my Colts lost but the dip was a big WINNER!! I used canned chicken and it was great. Next time I think I will add a can of No Bean Chili. There will be lots of this dip in our future!

Chili Burgers

These burgers are awesome!! Hubby loved them! I used 1lb of Bob Evans Italian Sausage and 1lb ground beef, Heinz chili sauce, garlic powder and fresh ground pepper. I put them under the broiler. They were delicious! Can't wait for summer to try these on the grill!!

Cheddar Beef Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2010
I made these last night and my husband said they were better than the Enchiladas I always order at our local Mexican Restaurant. I did make some changes. I sauteed an onion in 2 Tbs Olive Oil then added the ground beef (I used sirloin). I used Cream of Chicken Soup with Herbs because that was what I had on hand. I ommitted the beans because I didn't have any. And finally I had all the tortillas rolled up when I realized I forgot to put cheese in them so I just dumped all the cheese on top of the salsa/soup mixture. Yummy!!

Cheesiest Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2010
I made this yesterday and my family loved it!! I did not puree all the potatos (we like some chunks in it :0). I doubled the recipe and took some to work. Everyone at work loved it, too. I will definately be making this again!
