Spiced Chicken Loaf

This was so surprisingly great! Was not dry at all. We added about 1/4 cup habanero cheddar, which I think kept it moist. It's super hot though, so be careful. We used dried breadcrumbs instead of stuffing mix and added minced shallot, garlic and green onion as well. Also made a bbq/ketchup mix for top...thanx for the suggestion. We were a little skeptical, but it really was fantastic and we'll definitely make again.

Butterscotch Rum Pound Cake

Absolutely fantastic! I substituted Makers Mark (bourbon) for rum. Next time I will use a little more bourbon...I like to taste the alcohol a little more, but I am a lush ;-) Great recipie and I will be making this again soon.

Apricot Chicken II

Although the onion sup mix smelled overpowering when making this, once cooked, it blended perfectly. I did add about a 1/4 cup brown sugar however. Served with wild rice and glazed carrots. Everyone enjoyed it!

Pumpkin Cheesecake in a Gingersnap Crust

not only is this just about the best darn thing i've ever made, but it's really easy as far as cheesecakes go. i added 4-5 times the amount of cinnamon and allspice called for and had to use crushed pecans instead of hazelnuts. my friends liked it so much i have been asked to make 2 for 2 different families' thanksgiving dinners. absolutely fabulous!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

This is the first time I used all recipies and I think I picked the best one in the bunch! This was by far the best spinach artichoke dip I've ever made. The alfredo sauce is the key!
