White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
To save time, I'd agree to use raspberry seedless jam. I used graham cracker crust, and it tasted great! If you do use real raspberries, it's probably easier to strain BEFORE putting int the starch. Mine didn't crack and looked beautiful: water bath, let it sit in oven for an hour, then cool and place in refrigerator.
