Frank's® Red Hot® Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2011
Next time I will use HOT wing sauce instead of the Cayenne Pepper sauce cause we think it could have been hotter. It was tasty, sprinkled Parmesan on the top when it was done then broiled it a few minutes.

Chocolate Scotcheroos

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2011
i used the full 12 oz of both the chocolate chips and the butterscotch.. these were tasty, but messy! next time i will take the suggestion of putting the chocolate/butterscotch inbetween layers of the crispies.

Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2011
five stars because of Cathy M's rub!! I removed the membrane and sprinkled the rub on the ribs last night, then wrapped in foil. This morning I let them sit on the counter to warm up for a half hour, then put BBQ sauce on them and rewrapped. They were fully cooked in 2 hrs, pulled them out brushed with some bbq sauce then broiled til they got carmelized. They were DIVINE!! The bone pulled right out!

Chicken Scampi II

Reviewed: May 27, 2011
I followed other reviews and doubled the garlic, added 1/4 white wine and dredged the chicken in flour. It was very tasty but I don't think I will dredge the chicken next time I make it... We also mixed bowties in at the end to soak up the sauce !
