Easy Pina Colada French Toast

Something else that will make this a 6 star is using coconut pancake syrup. You can make your own (recipe was on this site) or purchase from the grocery store.

Blackened Salmon Fillets

I also like to use catfish. If you have a thick filet don't overcook it by frying longer. Just finish in the oven, which is what a lot of restaurants do.

Most definately a conversation piece. I have been making these for years and always get people doing a double take when I tell them that they are potato chip cookies. A fantastic combination of sweet with the saltiness of the chips.

Crazy Cake

Authentic French Meringues

Fresh Rhubarb Pie

I love rhubarb pie but the recipe I use is for tapioca instead of flour. My husband loved rhubarb and cherry pie (two of his favorites) so I was surprised to see in the review that someone else used charries - too often I see rhubarb and strawberry.

Easter Breakfast Casserole

I love this recipe. Although what I use is one can of pet milk instead of whole milk. Also you can substitute ham or sausage for the bacon. I want to try it with choriso.
