Banana Sour Cream Bread

This is a wonderful recipe. It made much more than I expected however, but since it's Christmas, I have extras for gifts. I filled up my Pampered Chef stoneware for baking 4 mini breads, then I used four more individual mini bread pans. Since my oven usually bakes things a bit quicker than recipes call for, I kept an eye on the bread while it was baking. Still the bread was in the oven at 300 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, longer than the recipe calls for. Using the toothpick method is the most reliable way to determine if the bread is done. The bread was delicious and it made the house smell wonderful.
