Excellent! Here are some helpful tips: 1) Add a little bit extra flour, maybe a tablespoon or two 2) If you don't have cream of tartar, react your baking soda with lemon juice until all fizzes and then add that to your dough. Trust me, it works great! 3) Add 1/8 teaspoon baking powder to make them puffier! 4) HAND MIX! 5) Bake on parchment paper 6) Chill dough before baking

Paprika Chicken with Mushrooms

Delicious and filling! Changes I made: Floured chicken before seasoning it Used a lot of paprika and fresh garlic Peppered and salted the mushrooms while cooking Added a splash of cream So good!

Tiramisu II

I doubled the coffee + rum and lined my springfoam pan with unsaturated ladyfingers...it turned out so pretty!!! Chill for at least 24 hours. Otherwise, follow the recipe to a T.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Chicken Marsala

Great!! I cut the sherry and replaced it with Marsala cooking wine. Also, I sautéed 4 cloves minced garlic in the butter before adding the chicken, added ¼ cup diced white onion to the mushrooms, and added a splash of heavy whipping cream and corn starch + water mix to the Marsala wine to thicken the sauce and make it more creamy. I also doubled the amount of mushrooms and sauce. Very good with mashed potatoes!
