White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies III

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2011
These are okay. Not the best Macadamia Nut Cookies I've had, but I'd make them again and they are tasty. The family likes them.

Spicy Chili French Fries

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2010
Great recipe. I like very crispy fries so I took the advice of some of the people who posted and deep fried the french fries about 10-12 minutes then sprinkled on the spicy powder mixture right after pulling out of the fryer. Thanks for this great idea!

Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2010
Very good. They did take a lot longer than 40 minutes to make due to having to wait for the dough to rise a few times and what not, but well worth the wait. Easy for even an amateur baker like me.

Honey-Garlic Pork Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
These were amazing. We made a batch of pork ribs half with this marinade and half with another marinade (Plum Glazed also found here on allrecipes) and both were very flavorful. We cooked them all on the BBQ.

Plum Glazed Pork Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
These were amazing. The chili sauce I used was not super spicy so these were mild. I might find or add more spice next time for my taste but they were perfect for my boyfriend. We made a batch of pork ribs half with this marinade and half with another marinade (Honey Garlic also found here on allrecipes) and both were very flavorful. We cooked them all on the BBQ.

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
I made these a few months ago. Very yummy. Next time I will buy fresh local crab instead of the imported kind that I bought.

Baby BLT

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
Very tasty. These were for lunch not for appetizers so I used Roma Tomatoes instead of Cherry Tomatoes as someone suggested. Very tasty little side item with lunch. I also added some cream cheese to thicken it up a bit and cut down on the mayonnise flavor.

Peach Smoothie

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
I am sure as a healthy smoothie this is a winner, but for me though it sounded pretty tasty, I found it to be flavorless and warm, which is not how I like my smoothies. It wasn't enjoyable. Determined to have a smoothie, I took the same concept and remade it using some Heavy Whipped Cream instead of Soy and added some berries that I happened to have around which amounted to about 1 and 1/2 cups of Blueberries and 1/2 cup of Raspberries. I then added ice and 2 tablespoons of sugar. I do thank the author for the concept, I am always looking for new ideas!

This is a great recipe and was very fun to make! I recommend serving it with an orange marmalade based dipping sauce and enjoy!

Spicy Beanless Chili

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2010
This is a wonderful recipe. Instead of ground beef I used a slow roasted Chuck Shoulder Roast (that had been cooking all day so it just fell right apart into nice shredded beef). It was very thick before I simmered it and I like a thinner chili so I added the rest of the 15oz can of tomato sauce (so 7 additional ounces) and another 8 ounces of tomato juice. Thanks for this great recipe, I've been looking for a good beanless chili recipe since Mr Bills closed down a few years ago here in the Seattle area, this is up there as far as good! Picture coming soon!

Shrimp and Crab Bisque

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2010
It was a bit bland and not as rich and creamy as I like my bisques but it was a good start. With a few modifications (additional spices, some cream and some sherry) it was quite tasty.

Garlic Prime Rib

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2009
I made a 4lb roast. I used the same amount of garlic topping...cooked at 500 for 10 minutes then 325 for 90 minutes, it was a perfect medium rare. Very juicy and tasty.
