Sunday Brunch Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2010
This was the BEST egg dish I've ever made! I added 1/2 lb pork sausage and used a red bell pepper instead of green. I also used real potatoes instead of frozen just b/c I was out. And I left out the dill weed.

Ham 'N' Cheese Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2010
This was just okay but it might be my fault. I didn't have biscuit mix so I used flour and baking soda like someone else suggested. It turned out extremely bland! I also added broccoli.

Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2010
I made this with chicken thighs and it was the BEST curry dish I've ever had. The curry isn't overpowering which is nice. My husband even enjoyed it and swears he hates curry.

Chili Rick's

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2010
This is awesome chili!!! I've made it several times and I usually cut the chili powder and BBQ sauce in half. I also do half kidney beans, half chili beans. I never have unsweetened chocolate in the house so I always forget that.

Taco Bake I

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2010
Easy, cheap and yummy! I made a few changes...I mixed all the ingredients together plus added olives and corn and used black beans instead of refried (to make it more healthy). I lined the bottom of the pan with tortillas then I layered with my "mixture". It was a big hit!

Simple and tasty! I leave the sugar out and use spaghetti sauce instead of tomato sauce. My kids love this meal!

Sweet Potatoes with Sausage and Peppers

Reviewed: May 5, 2010
The combination of flavors was a little weird but I expected that. My husband liked it and I was shocked! We wrapped this mixture in warm tortillas and added cheese and sour cream to make a fajita like meal. Overall it was not bad but not great. I probably won't make it again.
