Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
It was a fine salad, but the dressing was about twice as much as needed.

Sour Cream Coffee Cake III
I thought this was great. I added 1/2 tsp orange extract to the batter, and then added vanilla and orange extract plus some grated orange rind to the topping. Gave it a citrus zest!

Chicken Milano
I hate it when people use different ingredients and don't follow the recipe, but then give it a bad rating. I did follow the recipe exactly except ONE thing. Instead of cream I used milk, so I don't think it should make that big of a difference. Just healthier. But when I made this, as I added the milk, it turned into cheese and didn't mix with the broth, etc. I thought, hm, that must be wrong, so I chucked the whole thing and tried again--this time adding extra butter to make up for the milk instead of cream. But it happened again! Finally I picked out the tomatoes, etc, drained off the broth, made my own white sauce and added the broth and tomatoes to that. It tasted fine but wasn't anything to write home about... I don't know what I did wrong. I really don't think cream instead of milk would do that--I never use cream in any recipe, I always substitute with milk and I have never had that happen before. Wierd.
