This is a really, REALLY good recipe!
Zero vinegar flavor, so if you taste vinegar you've done something wrong.
Light, fluffy; they accomidate chocolate chips, blueberries, peaches, just about anything you can think of. These pancakes do taste better with actual buttermilk, but in a pinch souring the milk is a fantastic idea. We've been making these pancakes for a year and always love them.
