Blackberry Cobbler II

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2012
Made this last night, and followed some other reviewers suggestions and doubled the topping ingredients, and only put 1/2 cup of sugar in with the blueberries. It was fantastic!!! This will take the place of the recipe I always use. Also will use the 12" cast iron skillet. Some of that great filling boiled over in the oven. Thank you Amanda!!

French Ham Cheese and Egg Fondue Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2010
This was excellent. I did make a few changes-added more eggs, and less milk. I combined 9 eggs, and 2 cups of milk. It served 6 adults. Made Hash Browns for a side.

Ricotta Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2010
Made this for company this week-end, and it was delicious! Used lemon cake mix, and it was light and moist. Followed other reviewers, and made it a couple of days ahead of time, and the flavor of the ricotta filling was outstanding! A definite keeper.

Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2010
This was great! I followed other reviewers ideas, and used croissants instead of bread, onion, green and red pepper mixed in with the sausage, and added more cheese. Everyone loved it. A perfect amount for 6 people.

Strawberry Lemon Trifle

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2010
This was OK for a quick dessert. I used a strawberry glaze instead of pureeing the fresh strawberries and water. I also doubled the lemon filling. I also used sugar free instant pudding to help lower the calorie count even more.

Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

Reviewed: May 31, 2010
I made this years ago from a recipe I got from Southern Living, but you cooked it on top of the stove. But I have to tell you how easy this is, and your not standing over a stove. I made it this week-end, and while I was busy with the BBQ brisket and salads this was a hands free dish. It comes out just as good, and I have to agree with another reviewer, it does taste just as good as Rudy's BBQ!

This was great!! Easy to make, and very tasty. I added some boneless skinless chicken breast I cooked out on the grill. It made a nice main course salad.

I made these last night, exactly followed the recipe, and they were fabulous. A nice savory muffin. Froze a half dozen. Could be very addicting.
