Gooey Butter Cake II

Made almost sugar free by using 1/2 C stevia powder and 3/4 C coconut sugar. I also added some cinnamon & used vanilla instead. Came out very sweet but not too sweet. Just right. Might make completely sugar free by using a sugar free box cake mix. Was done in 30 mins. Oh I also added 1/4 C extra melted butter to the Cream cheese mixture before baking. Very addicting!

Buttermilk Coleslaw

I didnt have buttermilk so I had to substitute 1 C sour cream and also didnt have celery seed so did without. This was very delicious and creamy, then I added dried cranberries and it took it over the top! Made it with grandmas salmon patties also fr this site. Great recipe, thanks!

Key Lime Pie VII

So very easy and tastes great. I made it crustless by just spraying a pie pan w/pam and baking as directed for 8 minutes. My husband who is very picky about sweets loved it!
