Beer Beef Stew II
I made this in a crock pot. I played with it some and found that if I did it on the stove, cut the sugar down to 2 t. cut the chili sauce to 1/2 cup, doubled up the veggies, and used beef stock. It was pretty good. I also used Samuel Adams Boston Lager, which is a great beer. This is much much much better on the stove with modifications.

Banana Cream Pie I
This is one of the best banana cream pies I have ever made. DO NOT BAKE THIS PIE!!! It sets up perfectly fine in the fridge. I used 5 bananas, two I used to layer the crust, the other three I folded into the pudding mixture. I made this for thanksgiving, and I should have made two. I didn't even get a piece and everybody was asking if I had made another!!!

Special Oatmeal Cookies
I used brown sugar twin as the sweetener and added 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. It gave them color and no one could tell that these were sugar free. I make these for my step-dad. He's diabetic and these are by far his favorite. Even my kids eat them!!
