Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie
This dish reminded me of a cheese danish with peaches instead of a pie. I used fresh peaches and cooked in a springform pan. we tasted it both hot and cold. It tasted great either way but was easier to eat chilled. Everyone loved it so Ill keep this recipe and make again. :)

Texas Slaw
I was looking for a recipe to use up our cabbage from the garden and found this. I did make a few changes such as adding Chipolte white corn and subing Chilies for Jalapenos. With my first bite I immediatly thought Shrimp Tacos! So we made that and fish tacos. It was a home run!! Would also bet this would be good on a BBQ sandwich. This recipe is a keeper!

Bob's Awesome Lasagna
I am now famous for Lasagna thanks to this recipe! I do play with it and change up things but I think the Cottage Cheese is what makes this dish(I use small curd and lots of it)! I like to add real garlic instead of the Garlic salt, Pimento's(they are awesome in this dish)and I use Cobly jack cheese in addition to the Mozzarella. I also like to add our homeade canned Tomatos from our garden and they make this dish even more special!
