Honey Orange Cornish Hens
i'm preparing Cornish hens as i type this. i didn't have OJ on hand, so i used 3 TBSP of orange marmalade thinned out with 1 TSP of hot water. i used the recommended amount of honey, 1 TBSP of soy sauce & 1/8 tsp of vinegar. i tasted tested this glaze to my liking. i'll try to remember to take a photo when it comes out of the oven.

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken
i prepared this last night and it was great! my wife and daughter loved it! i also doubled the seasonings. (except for the salt) i added 2 cut up russet potatoes, 1 cut up sweet potato (should have used 2), 4 stalks celery cut in 1/3rds and 3 cups of baby carrots..
