Italian Herb Pizza Crust for the Bread Machine

I've been herbing my pizza crusts for a while now. It's soooo much better and REALLY makes the pizza stand out. I add the italian seasons, but per flavor for the pizza add a little bit of basil and some garlic powder and minced garlic. makes the dough amazing! Careful not to add to much minced garlic though as when stretching the dough and can make weak spots! I also add a tablespoon or two of olice oil to the dough. Really brings the flavor out of the spices.

Cheddar Rolls

This is a very nice and simple recipe for some cheddary rolls. The completed product reminds me fairly of cheese nips :). The current recipe is made very well by adding some ham pieces in with the cheese, or by mixing the cheese throughout.
