Individual Baked Eggs
I rate this recipe "loved it", because I didn't even get a chance to try them. I made them for a work brunch and they were devoured. I made them all a little different, scrambling some, adding green onions, swiss, roasted red peppers etc. This is a great little recipe. I saw some people thought that they were bland, but a recipe is a frame work, you have to embellish it to make it your own. If that wasn't the case, we'd all be bringing the same potato salad to the picnic.

Best Ziti Ever
This recipe is very good. Like everyone who enjoys to cook, I made little changes to make it my own, but this recipe will stand on it own. This makes a huge amount; it freezes well. There are only two of us, so we had dinner, then froze the rest for a quick meal here and there. It was nice to have something other than a plain old sandwich for lunch at work.

Old Charleston Style Shrimp and Grits
Nothing is more disappointing then having to spend Christmas day away from family pulling a 12 hour shift. So, I spent most of my work day in the kitchen whipping up recipes for the crew. This was the recipe that wrapped it all up. I made the recipe as written, except for substituting water for low sodium chicken broth and spicing it up with hot sauce and chili flakes. This is a really fantastic recipe. Everyone loved it.
