Roasted Garlic

So easy and delicious. I love to mix it with butter and spread on french bread then throw it back in the oven to toast. Delicious.

Golden Sweet Cornbread

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2011
This is now my standard cornbread recipe. Absolutely great with chili or any time. I cook it in a 9" round cake pan then slice into triangles. When I have fresh honey on hand I usually add a couple tablespoons in leu of a couple tablespoons of the sugar and cut back a tad on the milk. Still trying to figure out how to make this recipe just a tad moister. Adding extra egg just makes it dense. Otherwise, we love it.

Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2011
This has become my go to recipe for blueberry muffins and a home run in my house! I use blueberries that I've picked then vacume sealed and frozen for use throughout the year. I thaw them in luke warm water, open the bag and our out any juice (usually not a lot) then toss in a bit of flour to coat before adding them to the mix. The muffins turn out beautiful, moist and uniform. Love this recipe!

Asian Stir Fry Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2011
I can't say enough about this stir-fry sauce. It is the best one I have found to date. I make a batch to keep on hand in the fridge for stir frying chicken and broccoli florets with bell pepper and onion. Absolutely fantastic! Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Steakhouse Black Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2011
Absolutely delicious! It tastes just like the bread my husband and I love that used to be served at cattle company steak houses. I added a couple tablespoons of flax seeds and a couple tablespoons of steel cut oats (soaked in warm water for a while first) to this recipe then used my bread maker on multi-grain dough setting. Once the dough was ready, I divided it and baked in two regular bread pans. Great for sandwiches and dipping in humus as well as dinner!

Absolutely wonderfull! My sister-in-law is a vegetarian and we wanted to have a hearty dish for her at Christmas dinner so I made this quiche and added steamed asperagus to the top in a spoke pattern. It turned out spectacular and my sister-in-law was not the only one to enjoy it!!
