Easy Focaccia

We really enjoyed this bread. I suggest adding a little garlic powder and half of the rosemary to the flour mixture. Then sprinkle the rest of the rosemary on top with the parmesan.

Supreme Strawberry Topping

This crust was very easy to make and held up well. I was especially impressed with how crispy it stayed -- even in the middle with lots of sauce and toppings. I added some herbs and garlic powder and also let it rise for about 20 minutes.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This recipe got rave reviews from my husband and our guests. After dipping the chicken in the flour mixture, I dipped it into an egg wash, then bread crumbs. This gave it the perfect crunchy coating.
