Vegan Pancakes
I thought that these were great! I'm not vegan but I try to eat vegan/vegetarian versions of things whenever possible because it's better for you. I really loved how these came out! The only thing that I changed was I added 3tsp cinnamon but that's only because I eat cinnamon with almost everything (I LOVE it). I think next time i'm going to try using sparkling water instead of regular water to see if they can be even fluffier.

Buttery Soft Pretzels
These pretzels were really good. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the recipe called for way too much flour...I used about 3.5 cups. The dough was really hard to roll into long strips so I made pretzel circles (which was not a problem at all). The temp was also a bit too high. I cooked them at 415. Thank you for the great recipe! :)

Buttercream Icing
I changed this just a little bit because I only had butter. I used just under 1 cup of butter (that is all that I had left) and 3 3/4 cup of powdered sugar. I also added a splash of rum and lots of cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg because I was using this to frost my rum spice cookies. I put everything in my food processor and it came out amazing! I am so glad that I won't have to buy my frosting at the store now.
