Heavenly Halibut
We LOVED this recipe!! The fish turned out very moist, perfectly cooked... and TASTY! I kept the recipe as is.. broiled for 9 minutes... then added topping... then broiled for 2-3 minutes. It was perfect! Only change we made was to add a TBSP of white wine and a clove of finely diced garlic to the topping mixture. Definately a keeper!!

Tandoori Chicken II
Our family loves a LOT of flavor & this recipe definately delivered. The changes I made were: 1) doubled all the spices (more flav!) and 2) I added 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil & 1 tbsp of water (vs. using just water). Also added a dash of fresh squeezed lemon. I made chicken-kabobs & marinated the cubed chicken pieces for 1/2 hour. They were PACKED full of flavor - this recipe really worked great as a BBQ marinate! Will definately use this recipe again & again over the summer months! Thanks for posting!

Tomato and Zucchini Melange
We LOVED this. Super easy to make and tasty! I added some finely diced garlic and red bell peppers. I cooked the zucchini/bell peppers first and added the tomatoes in for the last 1-2 minutes of cooking. Tasty and healthy - will definately be saving this recipe to use in the future!
