I have been searching forever it seems for a shrimp marinade that had just the right stuff. THIS IS IT! I marinaded the shrimp for 1 hour and grilled them on skewers and they were perfect. Kids and adults alike gobbled them up. Recommend only fresh basil. Thanks for sharing!

Restaurant-Style Potato Salad

I never liked any potato salad I made until this I tried this one. Soooo easy! I boiled the potatoes whole until just done and used yukon gold potatoes. I cut the potatoes into chunks after they were cooked. Not only did the salad taste fantastic, it look so pretty too. I added extra mayo and sprinkled paprika on top. Thanks for finally giving me a recipe I can make with confidence.

Spicy Seafood Shell Appetizers

I tried these for a Thanksgiving appetizer this year and they were so good, I've made them several times since to rave reviews everytime. Easy to prepare in advance and easy to heat up once cooked as well. Thanks for sharing!

Oyako Donburi

Having lived in Hawaii and Okinawa,Japan, I was thrilled to find this recipe and couldn't wait to try it. It seemed too easy to make but once made, was right on the mark in flavor and authenticity. My kids were thrilled to be able to get oyako at home once again. Super , super recipe! Mahalo Kay!

Spicy Squash Casserole

Great recipe!. My 9 yr old loved it!. I did not have jalapenos so I added about 1 tsp thyme and 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning for a kick. Also added a little pepper/garlic salt. Also used panko instead of crackers and drizzled butter over them. Thanks Liz!

Ann's Neptune's Delight

This recipe was truly wonderful! It took no time to prepare and was so delicious. I will try adding bay scallops as well next time for more variety. This is a keeper for future seafood dinner parties.

Blueberry Upside-Down Cake

I made this dessert for company as I had blueberries and needed something quick. It was delicious. I made it again with frozen berries and fresh was definately better but frozen were fine.I served ours with fresh whipped cream. You have to be a real blueberry lover for this one, as I am. Thanks for sharing.

Chicken and Broccoli Braid

I have made this countless times and just now am able to review it. This recipe is wonderful and so easy to make. Even vegetable fussy kids loved this. I've used defrosted frozen broccoli in place of fresk with just as good results.

Raspberry Almond Coffeecake

I had fresh raspberries that I had to use and they were wonderful in this recipe. It was easy to make and not too sweet. I made one for my family and one for a friend and both families loved it. I didn't have sliced almonds so I used slivered and they were delicious. This is a keeper recipe.

Pear Salad with Raspberry Cream

I made this recipe for a holiday dinner with friends. Everyone raved about it. Light, not too sweet, and really different. I was able to put the salad together quickly by using real bacon bits. I also used raspberry preserves without added sugar. Presentation was so festive. This is a holiday keeper.

Grandma Johnson's Scones

This recipe was phenomenal! I added dried cranberries. The scones were unbelieveably light and moist and wonderful with butter. This recipe is a keeper. Only one criticism. They were huge! Next time I will make 2 rounds and cut the scones a little smaller. Also, I divided the butter and dried ingredients into two and ran batches thru the food processor instead of cutting the butter into the dried ingredients. Then i added the wet ingredients and was careful not to overhandle. This all cut the prep time to nothing. You have got to try this recipe!

Clone of a Cinnabon

I have a cinnabun loving family but we don't live near a mall. I was skeptical about this recipe despite the rave reviews. Boy, was I wrong! This recipe was just like the real thing. The dough was moist and the filling flavorful. 12 rolls were gone in about 20 minutes. Make sure you lower your rack to the one just below middle or the tops will brown too quickly. Thanks so much for sharing this great recipe.
