Easy Swedish Apple Pie

Everybody loved it! I used half white and half whole wheat flower, and unsalted butter. I forgot to add the salt but it turned out great anyway. I think this work well with other fruits like apricot etc. I will make it again.

Pistachio Nut Bundt Cake

I got this same recipe from a good friend of mine. It is just wonderful. All my friends loved it! I used 1 large box of pudding mix instead of 2, and add a 1/4 cup of water because the dough was too thick. It still turns out perfectly.

Pork Dumplings

Eggnog Quick Bread

I added 1/2cup more eggnog to the batter, but it turned out still dry, easy to fall apart when I slice the bread. I will use banana for egg next time.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Great recipe. I used lentils instead of meat because I didn't have ground meat at home. I used oyster sauce instead of hoisin sauce, and it turns out too salty. Next time, I will use hoisin sauce or oyster sauce with less soy sauce and adding some suger.

Potato Beef Croquettes

I used panko instead and it looked pretty. Because my mashed potato was too moist, it didn't stay the shape. Next time I make it, mashed potato should be very dry.
