It was great recipe, except the time. I burned my breads a little after 60min.

Easy Swedish Apple Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2010
Everybody loved it! I used half white and half whole wheat flower, and unsalted butter. I forgot to add the salt but it turned out great anyway. I think this work well with other fruits like apricot etc. I will make it again.

Pistachio Nut Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2010
I got this same recipe from a good friend of mine. It is just wonderful. All my friends loved it! I used 1 large box of pudding mix instead of 2, and add a 1/4 cup of water because the dough was too thick. It still turns out perfectly.

Pork Dumplings

It was fabulous! Since my family doesn't eat pork, I used chicken instead. It was still wonderful. I didn't have a good steamer and fried them instead.

It was good, but a little sweet for me and my friends. I would use less sugar and more soy sauce.

Eggnog Quick Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2010
I added 1/2cup more eggnog to the batter, but it turned out still dry, easy to fall apart when I slice the bread. I will use banana for egg next time.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2010
Great recipe. I used lentils instead of meat because I didn't have ground meat at home. I used oyster sauce instead of hoisin sauce, and it turns out too salty. Next time, I will use hoisin sauce or oyster sauce with less soy sauce and adding some suger.

Potato Beef Croquettes

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2009
I used panko instead and it looked pretty. Because my mashed potato was too moist, it didn't stay the shape. Next time I make it, mashed potato should be very dry.
