Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Perfect! I usually hate pumpkin pie, so I made this for Thanksgiving instead. I used a 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice instead of the cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. I loved the flavor and texture of this cheesecake and how the pumpkin wasn't overpowering at all. I actualy made this the day before Thanksgiving, but we couldn't wait so we ate it today. Thanks for the great recipe!

Peanut Butter Pie

This was sooooo yummy! I used a chocolate cookie crust and topped the pie with a drizzle of chocolate ganache and some salty peanuts. I made this for my mom's birthday and everbody loved it. Thanks for the great recipe!

Easy OREO Truffles

These are so good and easy to make. Perfect for a Halloween party. I didn't srpinkle them with crumbs instead I drizzled melted white chocolate over the set chocolate dipped truffles, which made them very pretty. I used organic "oreos" instead.

No Bake Cookies V

I cut down the sugar to 1 1/2 cups and they were still very sweet. I didn't have any quick oats so I just used rolled oats and they turned out fine. I really liked how easy these were to make. Thanks for the great recipe!

Zucchini Brownies

This is an interesting recipe, I made a half recipe in a 8 by 8 inch pan and baked it for about 20 minutes. The batter was very very dry so I had to press in into the pan. They didnt taste bad the texture was just very granular. I would try these again if I needed to use of some zucchini, but next time im adding a little milk to the batter.

Fudge Truffle Cheesecake

This was amazing! Way way better then any other cheesecake i've ever tried. My whole family loved it. Like other reviewers I left it in the oven with the oven off for a about an hour after the 55 minutes and it was perfect. Thanks for the great recipe!

Baked Potato Soup I

Delicious! I halved the recipe since it's only me and my husband. Left out the bacon since i'm a vegetarian and added a little more milk to get it to a good consistency. The flavor was really good even without the bacon and it tasted just like a baked potato. We topped off this yummy soup with more cheese, green onions, and vegetarian bacon bits. Thanks for the great recipe!

Waffles I

Great and very easy recipe! I topped off the waffles with coconut syrup, fresh pineapple, bananas, and toasted macadamia nuts. It tasted just like the waffle me and my husband enjoyed on our honeymoon in Hawaii.

Baked Ziti Casserole

I used cottage cheese instead of ricotta and penne pasta instead of ziti. I divided it into 2 small pans and baked one for dinner tonight and put the other one in the freezer since i'm 38 weeks pregnant and it's going to be nice to have on hand after the baby comes. Thanks for the great and easy recipe!

Impossible Coconut Pie I

I used a can of light coconut milk which was 1 1/2 cups and added a 1/2 cup of regular milk to make it 2 cups total. I did find that a 9 inch pie plate is to small for this recipe and next time i'm going to use a 10 inch pie plate. I served each slice with a dollop of whipped cream and both me and my husband loved it. It was like my favorite coconut flan at a local resturant, but without the caramel. Thanks for the great and very easy recipe!

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Me and my husband thought these were so good we almost ate the whole pan in one night. I didn't bother using foil so I just greased the pan and they came out very nice and clean. I used apricot raspberry jam. Thanks for the great and very easy recipe!

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

I made a half recipe, left out the ham to make it vegetarian, used cream of mushroom soup, and added some chopped onion and black pepper. I baked the half recipe in a 8 by 8 pan for 45 minutes, instead of topping it with parmesan cheese I topped it off with cheddar cheese. I served this for breakfast with vegetarian bacon strips on the side. Next time i'm going to let the casserole cool for about 10 minutes before eating it, because it's much to hot and runny straight out of the oven. Also, I think something on top to add some crunch would be a nice addition to this. Thanks for the great recipe!

S'mores Crumb Bars

I made a half recipe and baked it in a 8 by 8 inch pan. I used vegan marshmallows since i'm a vegetarian. Me and my husband couldn't wait for them to cool so we ate some of them right after they came out of the oven and they were really ooey and gooey. Thanks for the great and very easy recipe!

Wisconsin Cheese Soup II

Great recipe! I really like how this recipe actually uses real cheese. I used vegetable broth instead of both the water and bouillion to make it vegetarian. I also added 1 more cup of liquid to the vegetables and after they cooked I pureed them in a blender. I topped off bowls of this soup with some extra shredded cheese and it was delicious!
