Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

I omitted 1 cup of sugar (accidentally). I also added 1/2 cup of chopped peanut butter chips. These were awesome cookies! Absolutely the best peanut butter cookies ever.

Very good cookie, these do not last long at our house. I omit the orange and cinnamon. These work better if you bake them on parchment paper so you can easily slide the paper off and start on the next batch.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

True to their name! These are good with fresh or frozen berries. I add a few more berries than called for, also add a tsp or so lemon rind and 1 tsp of lemon juice. Delicious!

Excellent! We use fresh lemons and soak the rinds in sugar water, then drain and add the sugar mix to the lemonade!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Very good coookie! I doubled the recipe, added 1 c pecans and refrigerated some dough in a roll for later use. They turned out nicely although they were better before they were refrigerated.

Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins

These muffins were pretty good. I used dried blueberrries instead of fresh, they needed to be reconstituted first, though. I will definitely make theses again. I adjusted my oven by 25 degrees lower and baked for less time and they still were a little overdone.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII

Yummy! This cake was great. I did not have light brown sugar so I substituted dark, the cake looked burnt, but still tasted great. I also added 1 8oz can crushed pineapple in between the sliced pineapple. Thanks for a great recipe!

Beef Stroganoff III

I used packaged meatballs with this recipe and just added them in after I had mixed the sauce together and cooked until they were heated. Very good. Thanks for the great recipe!
