As a caramel lover I thought this was the best apple pie ever! The flavor was suttle but just enough with the apples. I made it just as the recipe was written, glad I did not change anything. My husband also loved it with frozen yogurt.

Buttery Rolls

These are great rolls, i will definitely make them again. I made them through the bread machine which made it very easy. I recommend them to everyone, you won't be disappointed.

Christmas Maple Fudge

Did not have any luck with the fudge. Took others advice and cooked it on the stove and still did not turn out well. Came out very gritty and did not form like fudge should. Flavor was good but I was disappointed with the final results.

Caroline's Chocolate Fudge Frosting

I always used cocoa to make my chocolate frosting, this is so much better. The chocolate flavor is awesome. I made orange flavored cupcakes and wow what a combo it was. It is my family favorite from now on. I agree with others about using less milk, I too had to add more sugar.
