Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2011
Made this twice, one with jimmy dean ground maple sausage and one with an apple sausage that I cut up. Everyone said that they both were good, but the ground maple sausage was the hands down winner. People who don't normally eat stuffing were having seconds and thirds!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2011
Just made this and it came out beautifully! Incorporated a few changes based on previous suggestions: 1) dipped the chicken in egg before coating in the flour, 2) after sauteing the chicken for 10 minutes, I threw it in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes, 3) cooked the sauce separately on the stove and poured it over the chicken upon serving. This dish came out so moist with a great flavor. Will definitely make it again. Thanks for the recipe!

Becca's Taco Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2011
This is our go-to recipe for when my b/f's 11yo daughter is over. It's always a hit. And that's saying a lot. We just throw a little mexi-cheese & sour cream on top, and have it with corn chips. Yummy!

Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2011
This is a great, easy recipe - my daughter had fun helping with it! I made just a few changes/additions: 1) omitted the walnuts, 2) added 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 3) added 1 tsp peppermint extract, 4) microwaved for 40 seconds then mixed a little, and then 50 seconds and mixed a little before scooping into the foil-lined pan. According to my b/f, this was the best fudge by far. I've also had lots of requests for this recipe!
