Szechwan Beef Burgers with Sweet and Hot Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2011
So good! I had no idea what Szechwan seasoning was so we substituted montreal burger seasoning. You don't have to use the smuckers brand... only if you want to. This was delicious!! Definitely a keeper.

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: May 18, 2011
This is a keeper. I took both sugars down to 3/4 cup, used half margarine and half unsalted butter, and added a little more baking soda. I love milk chocolate so I also used half milk and half semi-sweet chocolate chips. Everyone else was right... 1.5 cups was more than enough! Add a little sprinkle of cinnamon... you won't have any left over!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2011
This is the best "doctored" cake I have EVER made... super rich and chocolately. It's perfect with raspberry sauce on top. This is so good I would have it as my wedding cake.

Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2011
I was looking for an easy sugar cookie recipe and this is definitely it! So simple and DELICIOUS. My friance and friends devoured them within a couple of days. The only change I made was to add another teaspoon of vanilla extract. I'm only giving these a four because some of them significantly hardened after cooling. Underbake them just a tad and they'll be perfect!

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: May 7, 2010
Easy and soooo good. The only alteration I made was to cut the chicken up into smaller pieces and pierced the chicken a couple of times with a knife. The chicken came out perfect.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2010
These cookies were very good! After reading the comments I added in 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp of vanilla, and a tbs of milk. The only other thing I'd do next time is not add in so many chocolate chips. Cooked for 12 min.

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2009
I was looking for a quick and good peanut butter recipe (a cookie craving had just hit!) and I'm so glad this recipe popped up! I followed the instructions almost exactly and just added some chocolate chips into the batter. They are even better the next day and my roommates have already eaten most of them! Two cons: the batter is VERY greasy. Looking at it on the cookie sheet made me not want to even put them in the oven. The second is that the batter wasn't easy to make in a nice circle and the criss-cross pattern didn't hold up well either. Overall... a good solid cookie!!!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2009
This was my third time making these and this is definitely one of the best cookies I've ever had. Here's what to change/add: Use 1 cup pb instead of 1/3 Add1 t cinnamon Add ½ t salt Use ¼ cup more of flour And bake for 14 minutes. It's best to make the cookies a little smaller to make sure the middle gets done. They fall apart right out of the oven but after a couple of minutes they will stay together easily. So good.
