This is a mouthwatering recipe. I have made it many times and even my husband who claims he doesn't like lemons loves it (granted, he likes the base more than the top). Just thought it might be useful for anyone trying out this recipe for the first time to know that it should be made in a sturdy dish. Something like glass, pirex, etc. If you make it in a disposable pan, the liquid on the top may leek underneeth (still delish, but a bit of a messy business). If you MUST use a disposable, i suggest making sure the sides of the base is tightly patted down, and don't carry it to the oven without it being on a tray. Thanks so much for the great recipe!
