Best-Ever Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2009
This cake was AMAZING!! I was VERY worried about the no eggs... But I was in charge of dessert at my boyfriend's family dinner and his young cousin is allergic to eggs so I wanted to make something he could enjoy as well. It was so moist and delicious. If I didn't tell anyone that it didn't have eggs I bet they would have never guessed. I didn't change anything except I made my own icing. It was for a Christmas dinner so I made my own icing with icing sugar, butter, milk, and peppermint extract and decorated with smashed up pieces of candy cane around the sides and then two mini candy canes in the middle to make a heart. It looked very cute - I wish I got pictures!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2013
These were great! I doubled the recipe because I could only find my bigger pan but didn't have enough butter to double the icing recipe too so used a doubled brownie recipe and single icing recipe and it was just enough icing! These were already so so sweet. Anymore icing and they would be too sweet, I think. Thanks for a great recipe.

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2009
This was VERY good! I used pecans instead of walnuts since I do not like walnuts, and added cinnamon since no recipe is complete without it - it was to die for! It makes two loaves and thank goodness it does! The first loaf was gone in about an hour between myself, my boyfriend, and his friend that was over. The boys went crazy for it! And as other reviewers have said - it was even better the next day!

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2009
I read on here that someone had a runny dough? I don't know how this is possible because this dough was just perfect to work with for me. The cookies turned out amazing and I didn't change a thing! There were a lot of nuts and chocolate, but my boyfriend likes them this way anyways! Thanks for a great recipe!
