Incredible flavor! I couldn't get poblano chile so I just used a can of diced green chiles. Topped with cabbage, avocado, and lime and served with flour tortillas. So good!!

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2010
YUM! As everyone else has said, the sauce makes it. Based on reviews I only added 1/4 cup vegetable oil, but followed the rest of the recipe to the tee because I didn't have any other vegetables to add to it. We had it for dinner last night and it was delicious. But, as others have said, it is best the next day. I'm having it for lunch today and have already snuck a little bite...hmmmm good.

Incredible!! I made wedges instead of slices and added a little lime infused olive oil to the marinade. Served it with grilled chicken and coconut rice. It was heavenly!!

Everyone loves this dressing! I make it every Thanksgiving. I don't stuff the turkey though. I just bake it separately.

Smokin' Scovilles Turkey Chili

Reviewed: May 26, 2010
This chili is fantastic! It's so rich and delicious. I did omit the harbanero chili and it was still plenty spicy. I also cut the turkey down to one pound and that was plenty. I'm going to try it in the crockpot next time. Yum!!

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
These were very tasty. Not bland at all. I did add an additional pepper though. Cooked these for five minutes on the Foreman grill and dinner was ready. Served with Black Bean and Corn Salad from this site. Delicious, healthy and quick. Will definitely make these again and again.

Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2010
The "sauce" was terrible. It curdled instead of combining with the cheese (sharp cheddar as suggested).

Banana Cream Pie III

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2005
Easy and Delicious. I added a layer of pecans on the bottom of the crust before I baked it. I also used sugar-free pudding. To the reviewer that could only find 1.5oz box of pudding...that is the sugar-free size for 6 servings. The .9 oz box is for 4 servings. I used one vanilla and one banana of the .9oz box and it came out wonderful.

Cream of Fresh Asparagus Soup II

Left out the butter and mixed 1/4 cup cornstarch with the milk for the thickening part. Also used light sour cream and 1% milk. Cut off tips and added at end too. Made it only 120 calories per serving and low carb as well. Delicious!!

Harvest Rice Dish

Loved this dish. I cut out the almonds and mushrooms (which also cut the calories a little) and it was fantastic. The orange zest and cranberries really makes it. Will definetely be making this again.
