What a hit with the kids, and it could not be easier! This was a fast favorite at our house. I use fresh chicken and that's the only change I made!

Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2004
Wow...VERY YUMMY moist and tender. Next time I will lower the heat also, and use a disposable pan...not fun cleaning the burned honey from the bottom!

Beer Batter Fish Made Great

Easy recipe, and wow tastes GREAT! Even my hubby who doesn't like fish ate it. No ketchup or tartar sauce needed, it stands on its own. I'll be using this all the time!

I've never made my own dressing before, and boy was this tasty! The perfect mixture of sweet and tart, not too oily. Would make a perfect meal with some chicken or fish added!

Chai Tea Mix

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2003
Fabulous! I recommend you go for the cardamom, it may seem pricey, but you can use it in other things, and it really makes the chai taste. I used a coffee grinder and got great results, thanks for that suggestion! I can't wait to share this with my sister!

Couldn't resist giving another rave review. My daughter (14) loves to make this cake. She doesn't change a thing, (except to cook it longer). She's making one right now for our New Years Dinner. Yummy!!

Candy Cane Cookies III

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2003
GREAT recipe! I used to have to beg my sister in law to make these every Christmas, and she wouldn't share the recipe. Now that she's moved away, no cookies :o( Until now!!! Thank you so much for sharing. I did use butter instead of margarine, and used alot of flour when rolling them. Dusting with the sugar/candy cane mixture while hot helps make it stick. Again, thank you, a new addition to my own holiday cookie tray!!!

Simple Pork Rib Dry Rub

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2003
Great, easy recipe if you like SPICY. It certainly made the meat so tender it fell off the bone. I cooked my ribs on a low heat 275, for about 2 hours, then topped with a bottled sauce, the kids like sticky fingers!! I would have given it 5 stars for heat!

Angel Hair with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Reviewed: May 16, 2002
I was VERY surprised at how much my family LOVED this. My husband groaned when he heard feta cheese, but boy did he come back for seconds. This has fast become a family Friday night favorite. I did have to use plain feta, I couldn't get tomato and basil, and it worked great. THANK YOU!!!!
