Roasted Duck

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2011
Exceedingly simple but so incredibly delicious! I had never made duck before but I certainly will do it again, it was amazing! I followed the recipe as stated and I don't think I would have changed a thing. I served mine with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted green beans and asparagus with mushrooms and apple crisp for desert, will become a regular meal around my house! Thanks for sharing :)

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2011
The recipe was very easy to follow, there is definitely some preparation that go into it, but it is worth the work and it turned out absolutely delicious! It is my boyfriend's favorite dish and he said it was much better than his mother's! Just don't tell her that ;) We loved it!

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2011
I love this dish, I make it at every party I throw. I usually don't bake it, I just throw it on the stove until it's all melted and then throw it in my crock pot on warm, it stays warm and soft all night. I always make a double batch because I want leftovers! Definitely a winner :)

Lebanese Chicken and Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
I thought overall it was pretty good. I added mushrooms, a chopped onion, carrots and extra garlic and I didn't have much lemon juice on hand so I used only 1/4 cup I don't know if I would hae liked much more. It was a little bland still when it was done, I added a little extra salt and some black pepper and then it was just about perfect!

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2009
I LOVED this dish, I made it for myself, my boyfriend and our roommate and we all loved it. I took the suggestion of dipping the chicken in egg first before the bread crumbs and I baked at 400 for 25 minutes. I was going to make the sauce that many people suggested but I actually forgot and it still turned out amazing!! I paired it with asparagus and mushrooms, I will be making this many more times!
