Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
These cookies turned out amazing! Very easy and fun to bake with kids... definitely FREEZE the reese's cups before you put them in the cookies to prevent melting!

Seared Sea Scallops
My husband did the actual frying with these, but I made up the coating and got them ready to fry. I took other users' advice and skipped the flour in the coating. I also added some white wine and the lemon juice/parsley to the skillet to reduce off a nice light sauce for the scallops & pasta. We served with fettuccine. The scallops seemed to soak up a lot of the oil during cooking, so my husband decided to add a little more for the second round of scallops. We made a total of about 16 large sea scallops, and had plenty of spices with the recommended mix.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
Wow, this cake is RICH! I topped it off with the Satiny Chocolate Glaze from this site for my hubby's bday... and it was too die for! Make sure you slice the pieces small, because it really is *almost* too much! I did use mini chocolate chips and they melted perfectly. I did have to leave it in the oven a little longer than the recipe called for. I just couldn't seem to get it to bake for some reason, took about an hour or so.
