This was a great recipe! I followed another reviewers suggestions in using 2 cans of soup and doubling the water. I also added salt and pepper, garlic and some onion soup mix. I found it a bit salty for my taste, so I would omit the extra salt next time I make it. I let it cook on high for 5.5 hrs and added in some sauteed mushrooms at the end with the cream cheese and some sour cream. If this is your first time using beef stew meat like it was for me, don't worry... the longer you cook the meat, the more tender it gets. I was afraid because at the beginning the meat seemed really tough, but by the end, it was very tender and started to fall apart. Can't wait to make it again!!
