Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

"That amazingly, delicious, wonderful chicken!" This was the exclamation heard when my older brother opened up the fridge and found leftovers of this chicken from the night before. It truly was delicious! The flavors mix perfectly and this recipe is definitely going into my book as a favorite! Thank you Karen! On a side-note: I did end up using more garlic and oil than the original recipe called for... there just wasn't enough to coat all of the chicken.

Oatmeal Chip Cookies

Great recipe! The cookies turned out a little flatter than I had expected, but they're still very good! They're best a few days after baking and amazing with cream cheese frosting on top. Thank you, Nancy, for a wonderful recipe!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

These are the best snickerdoodles I have ever had! Perfectly cinnamony, buttery yet airy... they melt in your mouth and keep your hand reaching back for more. Our cream of tartar was a little old, so we read through the reviews and substituted it with 2 tsp. white vinegar. Thank you for this wonderful recipe! It's definitely a keeper!

Clone of a Cinnabon

These are wonderfully cinnamony and delicious! Eat them still warm out of the oven and they are simply to die for! We made them twice in one week for different events and received many compliments and several recipe requests. Only one suggestion: The first time that we made these the oven temp. just seemed too high and they ended up a little drier than I would have like them (still good though). The second time we lowered the oven temp. to 350 for 15-20mins and they turned out perfect! This recipe is definitely a keeper in my book! Thank you!

Peppermint Meringues

We doubled the recipe and added a little less than 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract. Then we sprinkled a little powder from our hot cocoa mix on top before baking. Absolutely delicious!
