Tried this last night for company. Everyone really liked it. I followed the recipe almost exactly. The only thing I omitted was the celery because I forgot to pick some up. It definitely had a kick to it, but it wasn't too spicy for any of us. I served it with french bread and it was great. I agree with the previous reviewer that the sausage should be browned first and then sliced for presentations sake. I sliced it raw and the sausage fell apart while browning. Overall, we really enjoyed this recipes and will make again. Thanks!
