About this Cook
I work as a data entry technician and own 2 horses, in my spare time I enjoy going outdoors (when the weather permits) and cooking for my boyfriend and myself
My favorite things to cook
Curries, salads, breads, stir fries, anything chicken, tacos, burritos, enchiladas, weird stuff like anything involving fruit and meats... or just things that no one would think of mixing but they taste DELISH!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom likes making lots of little appetizers and serving them all as one big meal. We've done this once a week since I was a kid.
My cooking triumphs
The first time I made a good curry was when I was 16 after about 2000000 failed attempts. And ever since then I've just found it so easy!
My cooking tragedies
I forgot to check the inside of the oven for stuff when I preheated it, and lit taco shells on fire... Taco shells are hard to extinguish.

Cream of Mushroom Soup II
This was absolutely delicious! I did do half light cream and half heavy cream, but this recipe was great! Definitely a keeper!

World's Best Lasagna
This is THE BEST lasagna EVER. Literally. Yes, it takes that little bit of extra work but it's really not that much and it's soo worth it. It cost me about $40 to buy all the ingredients to make this, which really isn't too bad considering how much 12 people would pay for lasagna at a restaurant that isn't even half as good! Only problem I have is, it doesn't all fit in the one pan! Maybe my pan is just too shallow but I just used a second one and it was still delicious!

Cowboy Cookie Mix in a Jar
I made these in several 1 litre jars... They BARELY fit in, I had to really pack it down. But they look pretty and I'm baking a set for myself now.
