Honey-Balsamic Vinaigrette

This is now my new favorite dressing. I absolutely love it. The only change I made was it needed a little mustard. But other than that it was brilliant.

This was a huge hit with my family. Followed directions to the letter and it was excellent. It is not for the faint of heart, this is very spicy, but that is how we prefer it. I will definitely make this again.

Roasted Vegetable Lasagna

I made this for my vegetarian friends on Thanksgiving and you would have thought I served them heaven on a plate. I got such rave reviews. Not bad considering this was my first lasagna. Only change I made was I added store bought alfredo to the very top layer, topped it with the suggested amount of cheese, then added tomato slices and whole basil leaves on the top for decoration. This is truly an excellent recipe.

Beef Barley Vegetable Soup

I made this for my dad when he was sick and wouldn't eat anything. Needless to say he was eating bowl after bowl of this stuff and he still talks about it. Not to mention how wonderful it made my kitchen smell. I will be definitely making this again. Hopefully under more positive circumstances.

Chocolate Cherry Cake III

This has been my go to recipe anytime my work has a potluck. It never fails to excite my co-workers. It always gets the most compliments. They never need to know how easy it is to make.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Excellent Recipe! I'm incredibly picky about vegetables, and I love this. I have made this twice already and both times were a huge success. My fickle grandmother is still talking about it and I made it for her over three months ago. Thanks for a great recipe.
