Strawberry Soup II

This is a fabulous dessert and is always a huge hit! I use angel food cake for the croutons instead of pound cake. They are light and airy and soak up the soup beautifully.

Old-Fashioned Soft Pumpkin Cookies

Was looking for a recipes to use up extra pumpkin. Found them okay, but not as flavorful as I would have liked! The icing didn't really seem to mesh with the cookie flavor properly.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Awesome cookies! I followed other's advice and increased the peanut butter and flour by 1/2 cup. So yummy!

This was delicious! I added two shredded chicken breasts and a package of frozen spinach. I also did not use the entire jar of sauce. I used Newman's Own Roasted Garlic tomato sauce. The flavor was fabulous!
