Pineapple and Basil Sorbet
Refreshing and light. I substituted 1/4 c. Splenda granulated for the sugar. We all really enjoyed it, but are trying it with a little less basil today. Update: For a medium size pineapple we added 5 medium basil leaves and loved it. Great recipe - thanks to CKandi007 for sharing it. And the photo is great, lutzflcat!

Brazilian Grilled Pineapple
I cut the sugar/cinnamon mixture in half and they were still great. Served with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of hot fudge. Thanks for the recipe!

Garlic and Parmesan Chicken Wings
Great recipe, thank you for sharing! By personal preference, we left the red pepper flakes out and they were terrific. Am sure the spicy addition would be great for those who like heat. Crispy without being greasy - a nice feature of a very good recipe. I also parboiled early in the day and finished everything but the baking ahead of time. Next time I'll bake them much earlier, too; they kept well on "warm" in our buffet-style slow cooker.
