Fantastic! I used 8 eggs, green onions, 8 Morningstar Farms sausage patties (made it very meaty, could have just used 6) cheese, and cut a circle out of some day old onion buns to put in the bottom (this made 11 muffins for me). Baked for 20 minutes at 350 and they were perfect. So excited to have my breakfast for the next two weeks already made!

I loved these - I used Morningstar Farms "meat" crumbles, and it worked perfectly. I used some garlic and dried onions instead of the onion soup mix, and just a touch of garlic/jalapeno mustard, and sprinkled some cheddar cheese on top of the "meat" mixture, (only about 1/2 a cup) instead of mixing it in, and it was just right. Another users "butter sauce" for the topping was the perfect touch - I took off the top sheet of foil with 5 minutes left, brushed it on, and left the foil off, for the final 5 minutes. So good - thanks!
