About this Cook
I have been on this website since 1998 but I haven't really started using it until last year. I am married to an awesome man and have 4 wonderful children ranging from the ages of 11 to 7 months.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook almost everything and anything. My hubby is a cook and so I learn a lot of techniques from him. I love italian food and southern food. We like to eat different things so we dabble and try different foods all the time. I am looking to start a business with my hubby ... can you guess what kind? :-)

Waffles I
This recipe is excellent. The ONLY changes I made were to add a bit more sugar and I used 2% milk. I eyeballed the amount in regards to the sugar. If I had to guess I'd say maybe a couple of tablespoons. Perfect with or without syrup! I am not buying frozen waffles or pancake mix ever again :)

Mahogany Chicken Wings
I am making these for the second time. I am not doing anything different to it except I don't brush my meats in their own marinade. Besides I don't think it needs it. The juices from the chicken can be poured off into a sauce pan and mixed with cornstarch to thicken it up and use for a dipping sauce. Otherwise its good as is. 10 stars for it! Delish :-)

The Best Banana Pudding
This pudding is great! My husband made this and I beg him to hook it up all the time. He's fixing it now! Yummmmmm
