Oven-Fried Pork Chops

I could tell after I turned the pork after the first 10 minutes that this recipe wasn't going to come out good. After 20 minutes of baking at 425 the breading was still "goo". Go on to the next one.

Not good. Kind of bad. I Kid liked, the other wouldn't eat it. Very dry. I even added some extra Velveeta and it was still very dry.

Baked Scallops

Hmmm... I don't think the bread crumbs are the problem. The other flavors overwhelm the scallops. This recipe would work just as well with chicken. Would I make this again? Probably not.

Prime Rib

I used a 5 lb roast. I cooked it at 400 for 60 minutes and then let it sit for 45. It was a little bit more than medium. I would probably cook for 45 and let it sit for 45 next time.

Easiest Teriyaki Marinade Ever

Used this on wings. Very easy - very good. Here's a tip on cooking the wings that I got from a take-out place at Hampton Beach. After marinading the chicken for 24 hours, flash fry in deep fryer for 1 minute. Remove and then either bake or warm on the grill.

Horseradish Burgers

Tasty. I mixed the ingredients in with the beef before making the burgers. As mentioned by others, very difficult to keep together. Might make a good meat loaf.
