Sorry it has been so long. Some personal matters have distracted me, but new posts will resume weekly starting this Friday, April 2nd.
I spent my childhood in a suburb of Philadelphia, and in a remote town in West Virginia. I am not professionally trained, but I can make some good BBQ, fresh-caught smoked salmon, cheese, and many other culinary delights.
